Hi, I’m Hannah and I believe that women are the ‘carers’ of society. We look after everyone else’s needs, often before our own, and when all that’s done, there’s not much time left for you. It’s no wonder you’re feeling unfulfilled, exhausted or unhappy.
You may have a clear idea of what you want to achieve, such as starting a business, changing career or having more confidence in your daily life. Or, you might not be entirely sure what it is you want, you know you’re not happy with the way things are - either is a great place to start.

Nearly every problem in life is a direct product of low self-esteem - feelings of not being good enough, not being worthy. This is all revealed through coaching.
Low self-esteem affects the choices you make - you choose the partners and the careers that you think you can ‘get’, rather than those you actually want.
There’s no shame in this, all women have damaging hidden beliefs that prevent us from reaching for what you really desire.
Now’s the time to change all that, and the good news is that we can do this reasonably quickly.

Why I'm Qualified To Help You
I’ve been investigating women’s health and wellness professionally for over 10 years in my role as a British Wellness Journalist. Before that, I was a Social Worker, so I’m highly experienced in helping people. I also hold an Advanced Practitioner Life Coaching qualification.
I specialise in helping single women (inc. single parents) because I know, *god do I know* the challenges faced when raising my daughter alone. Now, after being single for nearly a decade, I also understand the struggles of being a single woman in the modern world.

I worked hard to identify my own self-limiting beliefs and addressed them one by one to create a life of security, freedom, confidence, and positivity. I can help you to do the same.
I’m genuinely inspired by one question: How can I help and encourage women to reach their full potential in all aspects of their life? How can I inspire and uplift women?
This is my main passion in life. That might sound corny, but it’s true, and I state it proudly.

Your Investment
I offer coaching packages in 3-month blocks for an investment of £375.
This includes:
- 5 X coaching sessions via Zoom
- Weekly email check-in on the weeks we don't have a session
- Free access to any Facebook group programs that I'm currently running.
Payment can be made all at once or 3 monthly payments of £125.
