Nature Walk

We’ll start the day with a beautiful guided nature walk past allotments and wishing wells, alongside rivers and streams, across stepping stones and bridges and through meadows. Hear the sound of leaves crunching as we walk through National Trust woodland.

Rest

We’ll stop along the way at a wonderful riverside cafe in Gibson Mill for herb teas and hot chocolates and a chance to use the bathroom.

Forest Bathing

We’ll spend some quiet time in the woods ‘Forest Bathing’ and connecting with nature.

Spending time in nature fills us with happiness, wonder, calm, comfort and strength and brings us closer to who we really are.

Lunch

We’ll arrive at our workshop in central Hebden Bridge where you’ll enjoy a nice rest and a nutritious warming vegan gluten-free lunch to feed your body and soul.

Lunch is provided by the wonderful Plant-Powered Pop Up.

Collaging Workshop (suitable for beginners)

You’ll spend the afternoon getting in touch with your creative side in a collage-making workshop where we explore themes of womanhood.

We’ll be glueing, sticking painting, and sewing to create a masterpiece fit for a queen.
