I’ve sat in the therapist’s chair as a client many times over the course of my life. These bricks weigh you down and prevent you from living everyday life; you can never forget they’re there. Sometimes, if you’re looking after yourself a lot, they don’t feel so heavy, but at other times, in certain situations, they feel like they’re crushing you. It’s devastating.

You might explore how the bricks came to be there in the first place? How are they impacting your life? How does this make you feel? How can you manage these emotions? How can you accept the bricks? How can you make friends with the bricks? How can you integrate the bricks into your daily life?
BrainWorking Recursive Therapy ®
With BWRT® we get rid of the bricks. We use an evidence-based process based on leading neuroscience to reprogram your mind. We do this quickly. You don’t need to tell me where the bricks came from - you can let me know how they make you feel if you like, but it’s not necessary. You’ll take the bricks and place them gently on the floor. You can still see them if you choose to look, but they'll have no content, no colour, and no emotion.
The bricks could be anxiety, depression, phobias, fears, trauma, addictions - it really doesn’t matter. The BWRT® process works with any mental affliction where there is an identifiable trigger.

How Many BWRT® Sessions Will I Need?
Most people need between two and four sessions. Though the number of sessions and the level of success, as with all therapy, can obviously vary from one person to another. Sessions take place via Zoom.
