Ok, let’s get rid of the bricks using an evidence-based process based on leading neuroscience to reprogram your mind. Let’s do this quickly. You don’t need to tell me where the bricks came from - you can let me know how they make you feel if you like, but it’s not necessary. You’ll take the bricks and place them gently on the floor. Not only that, you’ll turn the bricks into a glass, so they have no content, no colour, and no emotion.
The bricks could be anxiety, depression, phobias, fears, trauma, addictions - it really doesn’t matter. The BWRT® process works with any mental affliction where there is an identifiable trigger.

How Many BWRT® Sessions Will I Need?
Most people need between two and four sessions. Though the number of sessions and the level of success, as with all therapy, can obviously vary from one person to another. Sessions take place via Zoom.
